The 1 Timothy 2 "pray for those in authority" prayer card is offered free as samples or in bulk as long as supplies last. First printed in 1980, it is reprinted in March, ready for the annual National Day of Prayer, the first Thursday in May.
A PDF version of the 1 Timothy 2 prayer card is available HERE and HERE to print out. It lists the names of our President, his Cabinet and Supreme Court members on one side. On the other side it lists twelve scripture references and summaries to encourage prayer for both spiritual and political leaders.
If you order them by mail, state the number of cards you want and your postal address. The request will be forwarded to Lydia leadership in your state for mailing.
ALTERNATIVE: As an alternative to the actual prayer card, information is available at the Lydia web site. Excellent for church bulletins, NDP prayer aids, etc. This card is copyrighted since 1980. Just need to say, "Used with permission of Lydia Fellowship." If information is used, please acknowledge Lydia Fellowship. Because the names of our nation's leaders may vary year to year we have the latest (2003) below. However, the information in the section, "Prayer for Leadership," is timeless and appropriate. In your daily prayers, please include your local civic leaders such as your mayor, town or city council members. Make it a practice to pray for your police force, those involved in schools and the education of our youth, the youth of your community, and senior citizens, etc. Note that 1 Timothy 2:1 says, "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for ALL..." (my emphasis, to make a point!)

peace and protection through your faithful prayers.
